The impact of Brexit

On June 23rd 2016 the UK will hold a referendum on whether or not to remain a member of the European Union. This vote will have major consequences not only for the UK, but also for the future of the European Union as a whole. As Canada’s main trade and investment partner in Europe, there are potential implications for any Canadian companies or investors with a footprint in the UK.
